Our team is launching the installation this coming Wednesday!

We have situated the lighting, sound, visuals, and promotions for this event. I heard the soundscape today and I thought it was very well suited for the vibe we were aiming for.

On another note, here is a poster that I made (shown below). Other than the room number, I think that this will be the set-in-stone poster that we will be using for promotion.

We hope to figure out what we’re going to do for the floor and scent aspect of the experience. Last week, we got an essential oils kit shipped to us in hopes of making scent clips using felt fabric and 3D printed shirt clips. However, we have not heard much from anyone who was supposed to do the 3D printing. So, we hope to get connected with them somehow or figure out another way to contain the scent for each person.
